interesting i did see someone on youtube use the same method but he put a little bit of soap in it to make some bubbles.

Are you sure it's not just normal intake noise though? I would listen to other GT500s on YouTube and see if they sound the same.

It could also be a leak from the exhaust manifold on the passenger side. Best option is if you're worried is to take it in under warranty. Quick check though is to look at the manifold for any cracks. I havent heard of EM's having leaks on them, but that's not to say it couldnt happen.

In the video when you're near the front of the car, is it that high pitched whistle that faded in and out for just a few seconds?

would a leak in the EM enough to have some performance issue?

no, the sound is constant in the background, you can hear it throughout the video.

i have no idea how warranty work to be honest, when i bought the car it was from a nissan dealership and i just extended it on top of the 3 years the i already have.(bought the car in dec of 2011) so do i take it to ford? they should have a record of my warranty in there right? also everything in the engine bay is back in stock, but i still have my BBk high flo cats x pipe in there along with my borla atak catback exhaust, that shouldn't be a problem right?
