Let me help fix this. Send me a private message with your full name, phone number, VIN, and dealer; I'll get this up to your regional customer service manager (CSM), who will look into available repair options.

Well it's simple, really. You have to find what's broken. How can we tell you what to fix when you are the one with the car? Track it down yourself or go to a Ford dealer. You should know if you are still under warranty.

I bet I know what the problem is, as I had the same thing happen on my '08 convertible.
In my case, the left rear window had become loose, and was rattling over bumps.
I looked into it, and sure enough, all three nuts holding the glass were loose. I put some Locktite on the bolts, tightened the nuts, and repeated the same procedure for the other window. I haven't had a problem since.
Good luck!
