So I pulled the car (2011 gt 5.0L) out of the garage for the first time since October. Opened the hoid after it had warmed up and noticed oil seepage see attached picture. What is the problem and what is needed to fix it ?

probably nothing. those sensors are sealed by O-rings and if it's still fairly cold in your corner of Alberta, some oil might have seeped past. simple fact is practically none of the gaskets or seals on an engine are perfect. if it's not dripping then I'd clean it off and see if it comes back.
