2010 GT REAR WHEEL WELL NOISE
Hey folks, I am new to Mustangs in general. I got a 2010 GT with 29k miles. It has been back to the dealership 3 times in 45 days, due to a higher pitched humming noise in the passenger rear wheel well.
First thing they fixed was foam on the deck lid...... still there
Second thing they fixed was a "wheel bearing"..... still there
Third trip, they said they just didn't know
Fourth trip they acknowledged it was a sound proofing issue, but that it was typical with Mustangs and I just have to deal with it.
1. its only in the passenger side???
2. when driving in rain it sounds like the water is coming inside the trunk, again only on the passenger side???
3. When I take it thru a car wash it sounds like the rain is running inside the doors...... only on the passenger side???
I need direction please?

How about a sound recording?
You can try to add some more insulation to the problematic area. As far as the water sounds, that will take a lot of patience and thoroughness to track down. Good luck.
