I have a 2007 mustang gt with 86k it makes a groaning type noise when i turn to the left if im sitting still but if the car is rolling a little bit it want make it. Also it only happens if im completley stopped and on pavement if im on like grass or gravel it doesnt make it usally. tire size is 255/45/18 on front

Start by making sure the fluid level is full. A little bit of air getting sucked into the pump from low fluid level will make that noise. If the level is fine, a new pump is in your future.
