Default Ticking coming from 4.6L. What could it be?

Ive got a ticking sound coming from my engine and I don't know what could be causing it. It sounds like its coming from right around the intake manifold.
I tired to get a video but Im not sure how much it will help. I can hear it very clearly at low RPM when accelerating but it goes away (or at least i cant hear it) at speed. Any ideas on what to check? I ran some Seafoam through my oil last oil change to try and clean things out and I have ran some through my gas but nothing has made a difference. Other than the noise, everything seems normal.

I did notice one of the bolts on my header was backed off a little. Could it be an exhaust leak?

Advice??

Sounds like valve lifter noise. Mine sounds exactly the same.

are those aftermarket headers? Probably an exhaust leak. If you can, replace the gaskets with the Stock gaskets. they will last longer then a header gasket

They are aftermarket, and the loose bolt makes me think the same thing. Im going to at least tighten everything down real good and see if it changes. Ill look into order a new gasket too.

If it is a valve lifter, what can i do to fix it?

YES! Even a loose bolt will cause a leak!
If it is a lifter, maybe a heavier weight oil. I run 5W 50 in mine (Motorcraft Brand)
