Default best way to drain coolant from engine block?

Just put in a new radiator so all the fluid is empty from that side of the cooling system, but what about the coolant in the engine? How do I remove that? Currently, the car is running traditional antifreeze, but I am putting liquid chill in with the new radiator, so I want to be sure I empty the old antifreeze out of the engine block.

Thoughts?

If I understand correctly, just open the drain plug of ur coolant loop and turn the car on for 30sec to a min and any coolant being circulated will come out that drain plug inside of continuing on. It won't take long for the system to dry out. DONT LET THE VEHICLE RUN LONG. COOLANT IS IMPORTANT. After this I would make sure I had my desired fluid ready to go, plug drain hole, fill reservoir, start car. As the reservoir empties continue to fill to min line. Shut car off and fill to desired level.
