Default Bad Vibrating Noise From Air Filter

Just took a drive and at highways speeds over 60mph got a horrible vibrating noise from the right corner of dashboard. The faster I go the worse it gets at 80 sounds pretty bad. It ONLY happens when I have the cabin recirculate off. Nothing was changed and all plastic is tight. It sounds like someone stuck a pen in the fan. I know the air filter is under the cowl but is there a pipe or something that leads somewhere outside? Diagram would help. Really annoying.

Maybe the intake sound tube has come loose from the firewall?
