Default Custom EUROPEAN tail lights - 2012 Mustang

Hi guys,

I have a 2012 Ford Mustang Coupe and I have to register that car in Europe. Basically I need to do change these 2 things in order to meet the Europe regulation for what concern the tail lights:

I need the ORANGE non sequential turn lights. I bought this:
Coppia lampade luci Arancio W5W 12V indicatori laterali frecce Lampadine Auto | eBay

I need a RED fog light. I bought these items:
Headlight Switch Ford Fusion 10 11 12 13 Motorcraft SW6646 With Fog New | eBay
12V Lampada con zoccolo vetro - (T5) - 1,2W - W2x4,6d - 2 pz - D/Blister - Rosso | eBay
30 Amp Fuse On/Off Fused Relay 4 Pin Spotlamps Spot Fog Light Lamps 12v | eBay

In attachment you can find what should be the final result.
At this link the wiring diagrams:
http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=710&viewfil...rd%20Lamps.pdf

Regarding:

The RED fog light:
I will remove one of the REVERSE bulbs.
I will disconnect the cables of the REVERSE bulbs.
I will put the RED bulb inside the transparent slot of the REVERSE.
I will connect 2 new wires. One to the ground and another somewhere else. Where exactly? SJB? BCM? to the switch linked above?

The ORANGE turn lights:
I will remove one of the REVERSE bulbs.
I will disconnect the cables of the REVERSE bulbs.
I will put the ORANGE bulbs inside the transparent slots of the REVERSE.
BUT I do not really know:
what to do in order to eliminate the sequential blinking.
where to connect the ORANGE bulbs

Can someone help me?

I'm sorry that I can't provide any help. I just wanted to say that I admire your tenacity to want one of these cars bad enough to work the modifications to make it work for your country! Enjoy your Mustang!!!

I have a wiring harness for my trailer that plugs right into the factory harness. That will give you parking, brake, and signals. I am just not sure you can use it with the factory tails unplugged without getting hyper flashing. Even still it wouldn't be that hard to remedy with some heat sink resistors. The fog section would be a simple as wiring a switch and a relay.

I don't know if this would be the easiest way but its the best I can think of. Good luck.

you can't easily do it without hacking the wiring. the sequential turn signals are controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM) based on signals from the multi-function switch in the steering column.

So I finally got hands on with one of my Mustangs I imported to Germany last week and can confirm this CAN be done WITHOUT hyperflash WITHOUT programming and WITHOUT the Curt trailer hitch wiring trick.

You'll need quite a bit of 16 gauge wire in five different colors and a relay.

I'll post up a DIY once I actually make this happen and can put up a video about it as well.
