Rear end noise / rattle / clunking / grind noise ?!
Just this Sunday I was driving along on the interstate and I began to hear this intermittent metal on metal sounding grind / rattle / clunk noise from the rear end. I have in the past (numerous years now) had 4.10s and a T-lok installed, aftermarket LCA's, and aftermarket rear sway bar installed, with the last two having installed myself. I have always have gear whine (Motive) since install while traveling on the interstate. I did not hear any loud bang or pop when driving, just this strange noise out of no where. Tonight, I raised the rear end and moved the wheels forward and backward while the transmission was in neutral and did not hear any noise at all, and the rear wheels moved freely. I've attached 3 videos from tonight, the first is me taking my left leg with the driver door open and pushing down on the driver side door sill. The other two are driving at low speed. Any thoughts?!

if u cant figure out whats loose and banging around, take it in before it comes apart on the road. we could spend all day guessing on what loose/broke, but if you looked and couldnt tell, better to have a professional take a look.

Just a follow-up for anyone who may come across the same issue. Turned out that both of the rubber bushings to my Hellwig rear sway bar had completely disintegrated and the bar was rattling against the metal sleeve of the bushing.
