Upgrading to 2013 hid lights I need help

Upgrading to 2013 hid lights I need help
purchased a set of headlight assemblies. I need to find the following
1. instructions or place to find harness for headlights and turn signal (www.projectoretrofits.com is unable to accept paypal at the moment)
2. HID bulbs and bulb cover
3. ballast and covers along with screws(or at least what size)
Is there a way to test the led strips and/or hids prior to install?
Anyone selling any of the above please let me know or instructions on how to build my own.
