2014 V6 Mustang antenna broken off clean at the holder or cone on the rear fender. Does the antenna screw out from the holder? If so maybe can drill and tap to remove broken antenna, or does entire unit need replacement?

Yes the Antenna does screw out. Might even be able to get it out with a small screw driver.

I'm not sure where it broke by your write up. Do you have a picture? If it is where I think you mean, then you should be able to screw that piece out still - but if it is lower than what I am thinking then it is a little more difficult.
