Default A/C blower works intermittent

I have a 2007 and would appreciate some help if anyone has an answer or suggestion. About a year ago my blower started acting up. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. When the blower runs AC works fine but these day's it won't start more often than not. When it does work it'll work for about 5 minutes and than shut off. When I switch it on I can hear the compressor start and Air Flap Actuator move but no joy on the blower. I was thinking maybe a problem with the Blower Control Switch or Motor Resistor but I'm not a techy and don't know how I would test these.
Anyone have any Ideas as to what I might try or if I'm way off base as to what's going on?
Thanks
Richard
