I tapped a curb really hard and it knocked that ring slightly off kilter, is this something easily fixable or something not so easily done

have a look at these pages. It may give you some indication of what's involved for replacement. I've done some gear replacements on my 06 GT and heard you have to be careful when removing the hub. Looks like at least your sensor is damaged.

It's doable if you have the bearing split-er and press as long as there isn't more damage to the axle or something else. You can check out the parts at:

Wheel hub and assembly with the sensor ring are further down the list.
