Gauge Type
Ok guys just got my mustang and previously I was a classic car guy so no computer. With that said.
Looking at adding the triple gauge pod with Oil Pressure, A/F, Boost. Do these need to be mechanical or electrical from computer or mixture or what???
Thanks, and I may become a pain in the butt with questions being new to Mustangs and onboard computers

Air/Fuel you'll need a wideband with sensor, so standalone. With boost/vacuum a mechanical works best, I believe you can get oil pressure from the computer, look at the aeroforce gauge, it actually plugs into the OBDII port and has a wide range or things it can display and one unit can show 2 readings at a time.

I think the Aeroforce gauge can give you manifold absolute pressure. I don't know about oil pressure, but if it doesn't you want that one to be an electrical gauge. Tiny tubes with oil under pressure being inside the cabin isn't such a good idea any more.
