Default Power windows bottoming out

Recently both my windows are bottoming out.
I press the button to go down and the windows hit bottom.
I've done the reset procedure on both of them several times.
They work fine for a day, but then the next day they bottom out again.
Could this be a low battery issue? The battery is 5 years old and cranks fine.
Thanks,

I wouldn't think so.....Just incase, go to Auto Zone or advanced Autos and have the battery/alternator tested.

Most likely the battery, if not then the switch might be going bad. Mine does it from time to time.
