Default EGR circuit issues

I just had a clutch kit put in my wife's 2005 mustang convertible. The clutch is fine, but the check engine light is now on. It is throwing the following codes: P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, and P0403, the first 4 dealing with O2 sensor heaters, both sensors on both banks. The last is the EGR control circuit. I have reset the codes with my code scanner and also disconnected the battery to clear the codes and every time all of the codes come back. The guy the that did the work has rechecked the connections with the O2 sensors as well as the fuses under the hood and everything seems fine. Can anyone point us in the right direction?

Sounds like a crank position relearn. Most have to take to the dealer unless they know the proceedure and have the right programer.
