No one is whinning here! If anyone should whine it should be you! At least I have a Pony, I see you don't even own one now so you shouldn't talk.

No one is whining? really? lol! I must have misread the last 12 pages of of this thread.

Oh, and I am very jealous of your V6 mustang. I bet you can't keep 16 year old high school girls off your ride

Don't hate man. Us 05-09 owners have a right to speak on the 2010. Its based on our cars. Ford took what the aftermarket and owners have added and took what they wanted from that to the 2010. They replaced the stuff we hated as well including the horrible plastic interior. Now they also made it butt ugly in the rear (my opinion) and didn't give it any kind of real engine modifications (fact).

Like 07 Stang, you don't own one so you barely have a clue how we feel.

Lol@ this dude! ^^^^

I'm sure 07 Stang doesn't care about high school girls.

I wouldn't brag about the performance of your gone 95 GT, lol.
Especially when it was stock... Ouch!

It's not whining when you can identify specifically what you don't like and make reasonable suggestions about how it might have been done differently. Whining is what my granddaughter does when she doesn't want to do what her momma tells her to do.

I have a GT, but I'll let you in on a little secret. One of my neighbors got a sixxer S197 a while before I was even in the market to buy anything. That it had every appearance of being a really nice car was one of the influences behind me getting a Mustang.

Now before you get the idea that I think that the '08 is perfect - it isn't and I don't. What it was, was the right car at the right time. That's all that matters.

I always enjoy reading Norms perspective. It's always well thought out, non-combative and usually fact laden.

Thanks again Norm...

Let's also give Ford some credit for at least making some parts of the car much better than the '05 to '09 model year. I don't find the rear butt-ugly. Personally for me, the rest of the car..especially the interior more than made up for the rear-end of the car. Additionally, I am well aware, as are so many of the after-market suppliers, that the rear is not sitting well with the hard core Mustang enthusiast and I fully expect to see the options coming to correct this. Come on guys..it's a Mustang!! After-market kits will be here to fix what some think are ills of the car. For many of us..myself included as the rear is growing on me... it's a non issue. There is no way Ford was gonna please all of the people all of the time. It'll never happen.

Your engine mod will be here soon enough. Me personally..315 is enough. I won't wait just to get 400 hp. In fact..my car is supposed to be here next couple of weeks. So let's all just get along!!!
