my apologies,tombstang, i was refering to the true cost...does it cost as much as a z06 or zr1...i agree on what you wrote. the gt500 can't get traction on it's tires, and it weighs too much. all the more reason to get the vette. i'm already looking for a new one to replace my c5.

actually the only way to get a true Super Snake is to buy a GT500 pay $20-30k extra and send it off to shelby and they convert it to a super snake and they wont do it with a regular GT sorry
