Here's how I did my Garmin GPS. What do you guys think? It's about as clean as you can get without hard wiring it.

It definitely looks better then a cord hanging around the front of the radio or strewn across the dash.

Looks nice. I notice you are in California too. I'm not 100% sure but you might want to check where the legal places are you can mount a GPS unit on the windshield. I know it was illegal for a time then got changed to corners only or something like that...
