Is there warranty issues with this one? or are you ok like the Roush one?

Doogie, have you dyno'd your car with this supercharger? I'm wondering how the E-Force @5psi compares to the Roushcharger @ 5psi in terms of HP and Torque.

Yes, mine was dynoed and produced 422RWHP/394RWTQ and per my boost gauge, I rarely see >5.5psi

I collect dyno charts for a hobby...or at least until I pick a supercharger.

This is Doogie's chart:

Here's a whipple chart. This whipple is running 10psi. Doogie is running 5-7psi (E-Force ramps in boost at high rpm). Notice Doogie has as much rwhp and torque as the whipple up to 5200-5500 rpm and at that point the whipple's 10psi starts speaking for itself. My point here is the E-force is making more rwhp & torque per psi of boost (below 5500 rpm or so) than any other supercharger with the possible exception of the Roush TVS2300 which is based on the same Eaton core.

BTW - here are 2 other E-Force charts with different boost levels. All of these Tillman charts came from bone stock 2007 Mustang GT Autos, BTW. Cars are otherwise identical (though they are different cars), tuner is the same, speed shop is the same, dyno is the same. I think this is a dang good comparison.

Doogie - I have a question for you as I'm 75% sure I'm getting an E-Force instead of something else. I read your post on the areforce install for the boost guage. What else are you measuring and how?

One more question Doogie - does that sensor you used for boost also measure vacuum?

Yes, the built-in MAP measures both boost and vacuum.

Air fuel on both of our Tillman Speed Stage 1 and Stage 2 Edelbrock systems is at 11.77 throughout the RPM band. It does fluctuate 11.85-11.65 or so. Timing is obviously about 2 degrees or so higher on the Stage 1 than the Stage 2. This is because the Stage 1 puts out about 9.5psi, where the Stage 2 puts out about exactly 2psi more throughout the range.

All graphs are SAE corrected, Automatic GT's.

The Auto whipple at 447/400 has 3.73 Gears and large tires, to be fair add another percent or two. However is very closely compared to our Stage 1 Edelbrock results. The Whipple SAE correction due to humidity, altitude and climate was .98 that day. The Edelbrock was 1.00. So add about another 2% horsepower and torque to the Edelbrock system to be fair as well. So if you add a total of 3-4% on top of the whipple RWHP/RWTQ results, you're comparing apples to apples.

Keep in mind, they were both run at the same IAT and ECT, but we didn't run these in the same humidity. One was run on a nice spring day which was fairly cool, one (Whipple) was run in 85-90 degree, 30-40% humidity or so. That's why the Whipple SAE correction was 2% lower that day, which pulled the numbers down.

The Edelbrock was run this last weekend and put down identical numbers (except 10RWTQ more down low RPMs) with aftermarket shorty headers and high flow X pipe. This was because it was hot and humid, and the correction was .98 as opposed to 1.00. When compared both uncorrected, it picked up over 12RWHP! Some places over 20RWHP gain in the curve!!!
