Well guys, it looks like I must have seen that sale price and posted that link on the last day of the sale because the price is back up to $5794.95.
When I originally post that, the price was over $550 off.
For anyone considering buying one, you should call several places directly that carry them as many are offering deals, but won't post the "real" price.

So now that you have had yours for awhile...what are your impressions and what mods are a must PRIOR to upgrading to the SC?

I have logged about 1,500 miles since the install and have nothing but positive feedback about this unit. It looks great under the hood, the IATs rarely get much over 110 degrees (meaning it runs cool), I still can manage >20 mpg if I stay out of the throttle as the by-pass only allows for boost under a heavy throttle. No regrets what so ever! And with a few simple upgrades, I could easily add a lot more HP down the road.
As for mods before installing... you could easily put this into a bone stock car. Granted, with the stock tires, traction was a problem in 1st and 2nd. But with only my minimal rear suspension changes (panhard bar, LCAs and brackets) along with some wider and much better tires, my car launches hard and straight every time I jump on it.

Yes Bravo, my bottom end is 100% stock. With the stock kit/pulley, it pushes around 5psi. In monitoring my boost gauge, it never gets much over 5.5 psi.
