Doesn't the Dan Gurney Edition have the quad pipes in the rear...although I believe the (2) inner pipes are fakes on that car

my two cents :
When I first got my 2010 and drove it home my wife comes out to look at it and
the first thing she says is " I really like the look of the the rear end it seems stylish"

So I don't know maybe its a women thing

The rear of the car needs no help, IMO. Ford did it right. I love it.

I personally remember all the Fox body guys pissing and moaning about the SN95s and the New Edge designs. I imagine there were '65 and '66 Mustang owners that hated the '67+ designs too. There's always those that dont like, or fear change. Its natural, I guess.

I hope this design sticks around for a while.

I think its the internetz everyone is a critic now, I hadn't even seen the 2010 and was already expecting the rear to be horrible, I had seen pics and agreed but in person it was a different story love at first sight. I loved every curve of the car even the rear.

When my wife saw a 2010 parked next to a 2008 at Mustang Week, she said the same thing.

Me, too. Only "help" it needed IMO was a blackout on the decklid. Voila:
