For SYNC and all that? I got the electronics package (but that's what I work on... I'd be instantly labeled a traitor by all my colleagues if I didn't get it).
But I'll admit that my SYNC module is not a factory one. It's swapped with a development-version module that lets me play with different things and flash it with test programs and applications... Maybe call that my first mod?

I dont text or tweet or what ever. I just need my phones (samsung rugby, and iphone) to play nice with the bluetooth so I dont get 50 billion voice mails since I get calles ever 50 seconds (dont ever try to run a business if you have the choice lol) but My main phone is the rugby, my iphone is my personal phone. IM more concerned with it since I usually take my silverado for work. and the mustang will be for play. Im also not concerned with the iphone as a music player as I have all that on a standard nano. What im most concerned with is when I have it sitting in the cup holder, does it need to be connected to the usb to sync to blue tooth, or will it use the built in bluetooth to connect to sync and let me talk hands free?

You do not have to connect your iphone to USB port. It will sync with your bluetooth as soon as you turn on the ignition, whether it's in your pocket or on a stand, or where ever.

I have a Blackberry Storm and I connect via Blue-tooth to the SYNC for both my phone calling and for my music (when the iPod is at home or being used by the kids) and it works flawlessly
