How do you like the shifter so far? Is it "notchy" like the Hurst?
It is very notchy and hard to shift if you use the stock height shift lever. If you use the optional taller billet lever it is not notchy at all, easy to shift, and has a very well defined shift pattern and positive stops. With the billet lever i'm very happy with it and its money well spent. But the height of the lever takes some getting used to... a very old school muscle car look. The other caveat is that it is solid aluminum with poly bushings so more drivetrain noise gets into the cabin, but it is the same sound level as in a stock 05-09.

Thanks for the info! Right now, I believe the Roush is the best one out there for the 2010. I'm still waiting on MGW and Pro 5.0 to release their shifters for the 2010 before making my decision, but the Roush shifter is 1st on my list.

What if a guy wanted to install the stock polished ball off of the GT premium #2 package? Would it just screw right on? I like the polished shifter ball and dash panels but hate the seats, hoping I can just pop the dash panels off an put the nice ones on and unscrew the old shifter off and out the new one on.
