I eventually want to go to a bigger sized rim. I couldn't find any search results on this topic, so has anybody switched out there rims on here? If you have switched to afermarket rims, here's my Q's
1. Did you use your original TPMS from your stock rim or did you just buy rims that included TPMS from the shop?
2. Did you have to buy new bands?
3. Also did you have to buy a TPMS tool or just go to the dealer to get them synced or was no syncing needed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I switched, as you can see in my pic.
What you need to do is buy (2) TPMS kits from MustangTuning, each kit has 2 of everything you need (bands, sensor clips, adhesive)
They did NOT need to be sync'd in my case. Mine is an 08', but doubt it would be different.
Whomever does the job will need to just lower the tire off each wheel, enough to cut the existing band, only way to get your sensor off each wheel.
I took pictures of the process as my local Goodyear did it in just about 2 hours...
Don't mean to hi jack or change the subject of your thread....Those are the aluminum rear louvers from Roush? how much were they and what site had them the cheapest?

If you want to use the 2010 TPMS sensors from your OEM wheels...they are not bands, they are located at the valve-stem inside the wheel according to the Service Manager at local Ford dealer. I inquired because I was looking into the Alcoa wheels for my 2010. Still debating but 12 week wait seems ridiculous....as does almost $3000 in new tires and rims.
I am sure another 2010 owner that has changed his out can better inform as to exactly what is needed to be done.

Glad they changed it, its a sh*t system. GM's stem system works great...
I agree the bands are a sh*t system, but I am on my 3rd Chevy Impala (company cars) and have had the same issue on all (3) cars....the sensor readings never match the correct tire.
Either Goodyear sucks, Chevy service department sucks or these are better but not much..

if I read it correctly that means I can use my stock ones and no need for bands right?
As for my louvers they are the MRT/Visus brand aluminum hinged louvers. I'm loving them! Cheapest was 495 shipped through eBay seller hubcaps_plus. I like the look of te aluminum and they feel really solid. Your grabber blue would be awesome with it!

Per the service manager...no bands. Beyond that answer, I would call your local dealer and ask or local wheel / tire shop.
I think the louver's would look good as well
Cool, also when I bought the louvers on eBay I actually thought I was getting Roush louvers for 490, because they had it in the auction title. It was still my fault for not reading the description fully though. When I received te product and found out they weren't roush's I was pissbutane ready to refund them, but looked at the great quality and construction and gave it a try. I ended up being very Very very satisfied!
