Since the 4.0 for 2010 is the same as the 05-09, would an 05-09 intake work? I know it will hook up to the TB the same as well as the MAF but are the mounting holes for the heat shroud in the same location?

Yeah, after looking at the car tonight, the 2010 doesn't have the same radiator shroud or holes in the fenders/radiator support like mine. I email airaid and they said they are working on it. But, I really doubt that many will make one for the 2010 since new engines are coming next year and what would be the point to R&D a new intake for a single model year for a limited audience.
Do a search for 2010 mustang V6 their are sevaral on here that have an intake made for the 2010. One guy from Atlanta actually used his car as a guinea pig to get the fitment correct
