Default Decision JLT/Tuner

I am up in the air on which one to get. Diff in price is $140 to get the fiberglass body colored matched one vs the one where you get the color matched tube.

Is the additional $140 worth the looks under the hood? They both do the same job...

I wouldn't pay that much for it. If they would have intergrated the MAF section to be all one color then maybe IMO it would be worth it.

Hey Blood, Performance wise how do you think the JLT compares to your C&L? There is about $100 diff between those 2 if I went with the low cost design.

I'd say they are close, the C&L looks a little bigger IMO, but really hard to tell from just pics.
I got the C&L for looks as I think most of the CAI will give around the same HP. Plus I got it from BamaChips so I could take advantage of the custom tunes.

Both Manufacturers even got around the same gains.

The CF one does look good....probably because it blends into the MAF housing.

If it was a cost decision I would go with the JLT, it would save you about $90 for the package.

Maybe I will wait till you get your car to the Dyno to make my decision. I like that your doing some pulls after every performance upgrade. Thanks

Heres GTJT2010's dyno, very impressive gains.

GTJT2010, I'll leave this up until you tell me to remove it. Thanks again.
