The weather was great today for the dyno, alittle cooler than the last time.
I dyno'd with the Bama 91Race tune, this is the tune I plan to use everyday. It can be a little touchy at first if you go a day without driving the car. But pulls really hard all the way through the rpms. The throttle response is great.
I did have the tune revised a few days ago and Doug has been excellent in getting them revised and back to me. Only had to do it once.
I was going to have it dyno tuned after a few pulls but there was really no more power to be had from any tuning. I have had email tunes before and was very skeptical as they sucked but these are pretty damn great. I figured after having them revised there would be something left on the table.
I'm very happy with everything since it made as much if not more then what C&L's dynos show.
Great job to Doug of Bamachips.

Sweet! So what did your first dyno show? I remember it was on your sig. I've been excited to see how much gain you got...

looks good Herb, my guy wanted to do 93, would have put me over 300, but my mileage would go down and i drive everyday to work 46 miles, so staying at 87. Also try shell gas i seem to get better mileage and perfomance.
I dyno'd 284rwhp & 294rwtq with just the Roush exhaust the first time. I'll look over the graphs later and see if I can find where it gained the most and how much, I'm pretty sure there are 20hp & 20tq gains in some areas.
Great results! Looks perfect to!!! So the A\F ratios and spark were perfect? Nothing left to improve on? That is a good mail tune right there!
Thanks, yeah I was really surprised too. We checked the datalogg and everything looked good, there was a few things that could be cleaned up but it would not have made anything better as far as drivibility or power.
I was all set and had the go-ahead from the boss to get it tuned.
Now I have to tell her it cost $800 and I found some suspension parts laying around.
Wow, in all honesty that's a lot better than I expected.. can't wait for mine to arrive, should be anytime
