I used Tein S-Tech springs just about a 2" drop in the rear and 1" in front I really like it as the car is almost completely level now front&back

Cheers.
The FRPP are no different than any other aftermarket parts. There are a few nuts/bolts that are one time use only per manufacturers specs, but not all follow them. I do on certain things. Suspension I have have yet to see a bolt that is one time use or one that has failed when torqued properly.

As far as your roll bar coming loose how do you know for sure your dealer torqued it to specs?

Default Ford Racing Springs

Here are some pics of my '10 GT with the Ford Racing springs installed. They maintain a slightly higher rear end like the stock mustang.

If you lower it just don't forget to have front end aligned - not so much for camber (which will change a little more neg.) but for toe correction.

I like the rims! Who makes them and what are the specs?

thank you. they are HD Signature Autobahn, black machined. I believe the rear are 20"x10s and the front are 20"x9".

here is a link to them

I'm going to have the stock 18" polished aluminums put on in few weeks for winter. I'll post some pics to show how the springs look with those as well.

You may be right. I don't know. Just what I was told.
Suppose it's a good idea to check every thing periodically in either case.

Cheers.
