The FRPP suspension parts may come loose if they re-use the original fasteners. They are one-time use as they deform. Either use new Ford fasteners or use locktite. My FRPP front roll bar came loose after install by Ford dealer. Then I did some research on the matter and found this out.
Cheers.
The FRPP are no different than any other aftermarket parts. There are a few nuts/bolts that are one time use only per manufacturers specs, but not all follow them. I do on certain things. Suspension I have have yet to see a bolt that is one time use or one that has failed when torqued properly.
As far as your roll bar coming loose how do you know for sure your dealer torqued it to specs?
I'm going to have the stock 18" polished aluminums put on in few weeks for winter. I'll post some pics to show how the springs look with those as well.

You may be right. I don't know. Just what I was told.
Suppose it's a good idea to check every thing periodically in either case.
