I purchased a the 2010 v6 and would like to add a grille with the fog lights.

Does anybody know of any options available for the 2010 to accomplish this?

I don't think you're gonna have any luck finding a grille yet. I've looked around a couple of the sponsor sites and I haven't found much of anything for the 2010's. Just gotta give it a little time for aftermarket stuff to come out.
