The fender emblems look great. I still hate the rear emblem though. But, at least black makes it stick out less.

how did you paint them? and u could have painted the inside lines of the GT red to make it stand out a lil more

Forgot to ask, did you use the original side emblems or get new ones? If you used the originals, would you describe the process of removing/replacing? I'm assuming you had to use new tape and I'm wondering what type you got. Thanks.

i used the originals..I use some fishing line to cut the old ones off. then I remove the excess tape off the fender..and remove as much as I can off the back of the emblem..usually can get it all. then I use the 3M double sided tape..and just cut pieces to fit on the back of the badge..its pretty easy

I think it looks great but one quick question. Did you just paint them or did you use some sand paper to rough them up so the paint would stick better. I'm getting ready to do the same thing and just wanting to make sure I do it correctly.

i scuffed them up real good before I painted..I dont think the paint would stick to well if you dont..the are pretty slick if not scuffed.
