Default Changing the rear decklid, want some opinions

So right now I have the stock decklid panel with the gt emblem in the middle and want to do one of the following:

CDC rear decklid panel
or
regular GT faux cap with no panel

Some info- My car is black. I will be replacing the pedestal spoiler with the 3dcarbon GT500 spoiler when it finally comes in the mail. I think the cdc panel will look pretty sweet with that spoiler, but does anyone know if the material is isentical to the oem panel. I have the hardest time keeping that thing from looking almost faded. So far I'm leaning toward the cdc panel, then again, the cap would leave an option for stripes. Anyone that has it and can offer some feedback would be great!

My Stang has the 3dcarbon spoiler and the cdc deck panel.
I think that the black gurney flap and the panel go well
with one another.

That looks pretty sweet my friend! I agree with you about the gurney flap. With the panel, how long have you had it on, is it tough to keep it deep black in color?

BTW- Do you have any other shots of your car that show your wheels of better? I've been debating on some 18x9.5 wheels, just wasn't sure what the extra sidewall would look like(I'm on 19's now). I like the stance on your car from what I can see. Is your car lowered, or stock ride height? Didn't see any suspension in your sig.

I installed the spoiler and deck lid about a week and a half ago, and my stang is kept in my garage, so I'm not sure how hard it is to keep it deep black.

My car is stock height. I'm good with the stance, but I know some folks think that there is too much of a gap between the rear wheel well and the tire. When I first got those wheels and tires put on the car, I wanted to change out the rear tires so they could be the same size as the fronts. The longer they were on, the more I liked the look, so I decided to keep them on.

I like the CDC panel myself. I wasn't sure if I would, but after putting it on it seemed like it should have been there all along. I also have the 3D500 spoiler and agree it's a great match.

I like the fact that the CDC panel is flat like the tail lights. The concave back panel between the flat lights just didn't look right to me. I painted my CDC panel Sterling to match the car on your black car you're all set should look great.

Just ordered the CDC panel to go with the gt500 spoiler I ordered. I went ahead and got it from CJPony parts because I had $20 in gift cards from them after ordering the spoiler, so it wound up costing me only $96 Now if the spoiler would ever get here, I will feel better
