So im planning to do a billet grill.. but im not sure how to go about it. I really like the functionality of the factory fog lights but really like the billet grill look with the fogs removed. I know that they also make billet grills that are multi piece so that they keep the factory fogs intact so thats one option.. what about a relocation kit for the factory fogs? I know I can go to the GT/CS front end to get the best of both worlds but do not want to spend THAT much money on the grill options..
show me what your billet grills look like!

I think you can see mine in my avatar? I love it. Really chages the whole front end and makes it look aggressive!
2010 Kona Blue 6er. billet grilles, retro solutions 35w
6k HID kit, clear side markers, 20% tint, led side markers, domes, reverse, license plate bulbs. Roush rear bumper with dual GT take off mufflers. Tuneable induction CAI and Tune.
Since I want to keep the fogs im going to go with the 3 piece upper silver billet grille and also the lower one too..
Im also ordering the tri-bar pony emblem to add on it as thats one thing that I like about the single piece upper grilles.. it seems that since I want to keep the fogs I have no choices on bar size of the grilles. Both the silver and black are both like 12-13 bar grills.. not 6 or 7 as I would prefer..
nah.. I hate the over-lays. At least to me they look cheap.
Still have yet to order my front grille.. I totally agree I do not really want to do a "bolt over" grill. It seems like the bolt over grill wouldnt work because when you look at the factory grill the pony emblem can be removed but it the area behind the chrome pony sitcks way out in the shape of the horsey..
how come I can't seem to find a replacement grill that looks like this:

It's kind of like calling your girlfriend a dirty little ***** in bed as opposed to in line at the grocery store. One of these two places you'll find yourself getting the crap slapped out of you. So yes, there is a time and place for everything ;-)
