I dunno man its looks good when your close but once your 3 ft away it really ruins the flow of the car. With just the fenders and hood done its just not enough to pull the look off you want to go for, as well the cheap black grey plastic they call rockers and lips on these makes it to busy with the 3 different tones.
You either need to pony up and get a front bumper, lip, side-skirts, splitters, diffuser, and trunk-lid to pull the carbon look off.
Other option that I would think would look drop dead gorgeous is if you painted your hood and fenders to match but left some carbon weave showing through in select spots. Such as mabey the hood spears on the hood and do some stripes like this down the fenders
and maybe leave a 5.0 showing through were the stock badges were.

Hmmm, I'm not exactly diggin the carbon fiber front end on that one. And I don't usually see too many cars with black wheels on black that look right, although when you do pull it of, it looks GREAT. Just not easy to do.

I like Black2010's Foose wheels. Gives enough of a contrast to look very good.
Honestly, when I read the title I was hoping the first post would just be a picture of a black S197. I mean, all cars have wheels, correct? haha
