Update: I have yet to receive my shift ****. Sent more emails and called. No one answered. So I left voicemails. I left another email tonight saying that if I don't hear from them by Wednesday then ill be cancelling my order and talking with my bank about removing the charge.
At this stage, there is no way I could recommend this company to anyone.

Oh I know exactly how you feel. Im a nice guy by nature, but there's a time to be nice and then there's a time to get confrontational. I would have no problem if they were late 1 to 2 weeks if they could communicate to me which processes my order has left to undergo. However, the lack of communication is what frustrates me more than anything.

Hey Guys, I just came across this thread. I have actually started my own thread weeks ago in another forum. I think it's complete B.S. what theyre doing. I am going to start looking elsewhere.

I have an update!
After I sent a nasty email, Mark from Grabber Pony emailed and said they're moving offices and their computers and phones have been having a lot of problems. He sounded like a beaten man, so I understand and empathize with his situation. He gave me a quick update and said my **** was in the engraving shop and should ship out today or tomorrow. He responded to my email in less than an hour, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt at this point.
Hopefully this was just a momentary lapse due to unforeseen technical problems. MadStang40, did you get any reply?
