Vossen/RTR/Roush
Hey guys whats your opinion? I like the Vossen VVSCV2, RTR's, or the Roush wheels on the Stage 3. I am having a hard time deciding which way to go? I have seen all of them on a Mustang and each looks amazing to me. I am really just looking for valued input to help me single out the choice. Its much appreciated everyone.

I think the ROUSH wheels are HEAVY too.
I know the ones for the 05-09's that I got I REGRETTED getting because I found out only after they came in they weighed in at about a huge 40 pounds EACH.
18's at 40 pounds a piece? RIDICULOUS!
I thought that since ROUSH was into racing and performance, their wheels would
not weigh more than stock, and if so only a SLIGHT bit.
Boy was I wrong.

The roush stage 3 wheels aren't 40 pounds each though. Those are the cast chrome versions that are on the Stage 1, stage 2, and 427R. The stage 3 wheels are forged versions of the cast wheel, and weight in at around 25 pounds each (chromed). They also come in a painted black version that came on the Trak Pak cars that weights slightly less. They are both extremely hard to find though.
I do agree that if you are looking to save weight, stay away from the Roush cast version...but I would get the forged versions if you can find them at a decent price.

The RTRs are nice, but every time I see them the first thing I think is, "Oh, there's another one with RTRs." Set yourself apart. Go with the Vossens! Not a fan of the Roush wheels.

Correct.
When I bought mine it was years ago and they did not offer them in forged to buy to the public. Although they may have had them on the
Stage 3's stock at that time. I am uncertain about that.

I called Vossen and found a local supplier. It was on par with the prices on elementwheels.com so I bought it locally. I was able to get the wheels, tires, and tpms all for under $3300.
