Default Wheels and Tires !!HELP!! for a 2011 GT

So I have a 2011 GT 5.0 in White. Love the car, but want new wheels and tires. (Btw...I'm selling my stock 19 OEMs with pirelli p-zero nero tires if anyone is interested in them. I bought the car brand new on June 27th).

This thread is for anyone who wants to give me some advice on which 20" rims and tires I should purchase. I don't want to pay over $2200 for everything (wheels and tires). I'm specifically looking for any matte black rims. I love the forgestar F14s but I don't want to spend 2 clips on just the rims alone, but would like something similar in look.

Also I need advice on tire width/size brand etc...I want my car to look like http://www.flickr.com/photos/digital_synapse. I already installed the grille and cs front valance. I recently purchased some eibach springs to lower too so can't wait to get this pony looking mean. Thanks in advance for all your advice!

I'm in the same boat right now, I've got a white 10 GT since last october and only have 3,800k on the clock with the 19" track pack wheels 10 spoke design thing and I absolutely think they are the most hideous wheel ever!!! I'm in love with the Brembo style rim and the SVT Shelby wheel, I just cant seem to find any knock off brand at a descent price and not willing to pay over 1.5k for rims and tires, anyone have any suggestions for me or what would look incredible on a white GT but I have a blue strip going door the door by the rocker that came from the factory that I'm not too crazy about either so idk what would go well with it

haha. i guess i can't feel too bad about my 2011 right now. The 19" OEM stocks aren't bad but I still want a matte black finish and 20" I was thinking 20x9 in front and 20x10 in the back. I checked out the TSW Nurburgring wheels and they look pretty sick, but what I really want are the fordgestar F14s. But they are $$. If anyone on these boards has a 2011 with matte black wheels and cares to share all the details. Feel free to post! Thanks!

Anyone know a look a like Brembo wheel or really close to it? We have a GT/CS and Brembo stangs on the lot at work and a Boss and Saleen and two Shelbys on the lot as well and seeing them everyday is killing me

Just My personal opinion, BUT having a white stang also, Black wheels don't look as good as they do on the Blacks, Silvers and Grabber blue Mustangs.
I made the mistake of first going with a Black wheel and I Hated the look.
I wound up going with the Ford Racing SVT wheel. Much Happier !
White Cars need a shinny center to off set the Black tire.
I did stay with 18" rims and tires. The 19" are a harder Find unless you look at
the Carrol Shelby collection of wheels. The 20" look really great but you will
give up a little in ride comfort. Take my word for it get the better Quality
wheel ! The cheaper wheels (Knock-offs) are a lot harder to balance and a
lot of weigths in your rim will look like Crap ! Good luck with you choices !
Again Just My opinion, I Not Knocking what other people like or chose.

For the time being I have the CS wheels on mine. Still not entirely satisfied but an improvement over the stock 18 five spoke.

I totall agree with 'dadnpony's' assessment............there's a reason cheap wheels are cheap.....they are junk !! besides his 'after' picture speaks volumes IMO

Default 20x9 Bremmer Kraft BR05 with 255/35zr20

I bought these mounted and balanced from tire rack shipped to my door for I believe around $1500 (tpms sensors were included in the tires) At first I wanted solid flat black and wasn't crazy about the small machined silver lip but I've gotten used to it.
