Default My Race Red's birthday / xmas presents

Hello All,
I recently got a pair of tail light covers and a boss 302 hood decal for my 11' race red v6.
I also have tint for the side markers and will probably try to put it on later today.

I also blacked out the gas cap with cf vinyl.

let me know what you think. Will update with pics of the tint / decal when I get them on.

Not really a fan of the taillight covers. Then again I had them on mine and took them off due to cop harassment here in Texas. If I was going to do anything to my lights it would probably to get them professionally tinted. I would also get the rear valance painted body color and stick with the body color gas cap. Then again it is your car, your call. You asked my opinion I gave it to ya. Overall really nice car! Pictured below is my cars rear end transition adding up to what it looks like today.

Brand New, first day of ownership, November 2009.

Few months later, deck lid panel removed and black covers added. We also put black covers on the fronts also...which ended up being a horrible decision.

Covers removed...GT500 rear valance painted body color.

As of today...currently what the car looks like to this very second.

OP: Car looks good - think you might do better with tinted rears vs the cover tho. Reminds me of old Berettas for some reason.

Otherwise off to good start hows the gas cap piece working out?

Thanks buddy. Hope I didn't offend ya at all on my suggestions. The car is really off to a great start! I love the sunset gold, sets ya apart from the rest of the mustangs. I have actually only seen 1 other sunset gold mustang around my area. At car shows people ask us "Who did your paint" referring to the cars color. They are shocked when I tell them it is a stock 1 year color which not many were produced because know one really knew the true beauty of the color. When the car was sitting at the lot waiting for us to pick it up, the dealership said that they had 4 people asking how they could order the color.

Mustang0672 - Do you still have the rear decklid blackout panel? If so, want to sell it?

I sent you a PM.

Mustang0672 - I could spank one to your gold V6. That's the hottest 2010 v6 I've seen yet. Nice work.

I like the fact you removed the taillight covers. Looks a ton cleaner.
