Default Grabber Blue, my mods so far, color matched wheels. Need opinions

Alright guys and girls, New to the site. My wife and I bought this Grabber blue 5.0 off the lot in Sept. 2011. We were trying to decide on wheels and we thought of finding black wheels with a color matched lip. I found a set of 20's a guy had on an 07 saleen on craigslist for $400 with tires. The lips were red so I sanded them down and went and got some base coat and clear coat to repaint them. Anyway, its a Brembo car and here it is. I think it looks badass and different. I just put some K springs on because it looked like a 4x4 before. I also painted the engine bay covers.

Let me know what ya'll think.

I will get it washed up in the next few days and gets some pics under the hood also.

This is my opinion, but I think if you get some black stripes on that thing it will really look nice.

Interesting, I agree - black stripes.

Where in NC are you? I am in Granite Falls, just above Hickory.

I'm really digging the color match lip! Good job thinking out side the box!

I agree that it needs something to break up all the blue. Black stripes would go well with the wheels.

Looking great so far.

Yeah, It is definitely GRABBER blue now, on a bright day it almost hurts the eyes. I just need to find a good place to put on the stripes. That is one thing I will not do myself.

It's all good though. That's what we love about these cars, we can put our own touch on it to make it unique.
