Default Help Picking Body Kit

So I'm going to be putting on a body kit here soon. It's going to be black with red stripes. Look at other thread to give input on wheels. What body kit do you think will look the best? I've narrowed down to the cervinis c style kit. My thoughts are the type 4 hood and the ducktail spoiler. Any suggestions?

I've got the type 4 hood. Perfect fit, great quality.... and it looks fantastic IMO. Check my garage pics if you want a closer look.

Thanks for the heads up and fitment. I figured as much. I had a Trufiber Gt500 KR style hood (their version of the type 4) on my 05 and loved it a lot. Definitely going that direction. Not a fan of the Cobra R hood. I like the vents and ram air; think it ads a little something to the look of the car.

Is everyone on board with the ducktail wing? Or the cervinis kit in general? I like the 3d carbon kit as well and it's 1/3rd the price. I figure this car is only getting 1 kit in its life. I might as go all out and get the best looking one. thoughts?

Cervinis looks good. But I've never been a fan of the Eleanor side exhaust. It's not that the side looks bad... it looks good, in fact. But it leaves the backend looking really naked and frankly a bit lame. Leave your pipes in the back. IMO

Really? I think the side exhaust makes the kit! I always loved the 1999-2004 Roush for the side exhaust alone. Thought it popped and made the car unique...

What body kit would you recommend then?

Oh... I love the way the side exhaust looks. It just that the back then looks weak. I really like the Eleanor kit from cervinis. If it were my car (which it's not) I'd use all of the kit except the side exhaust and look for a side-skirt that works well with it.

The Racer-boy kit (3Dcarbon) looks pretty badass too except for the big wing. Maybe a racer-boy with a ducktail instead.

Bottom line, do the look that thrills you. That's what matters. Heck, mine is a 3-color stang and most people hate that. But I like it and that's what counts.

The link you provided is for the 13-14...I see that you have a 2011 in your signature...cool kit though...3d Carbon kit looks good, too.

yeah for some reason the link says 13-14 but when you open it, the list says it fits 2010-2014? I thought that was a little weird myself.

On the rear spoiler, I am torn. I like the high 3 piece Cervini duck tail but also like the 3 pc Stalker because it lengthens the body.
