After thinking about it, I still wouldn't be completely happy with the Roush/Saleen/GTCS grilles.

Are there any vendors / injection molding experts here that would be interested in making a GT500-style grille surround? It would just need to be a replica of the upper portion of this bumper.

Are you sure that the GT hoods and GT500 hoods are different at the front edge? The fact that you can order that package with "no hood desired" means that you can use a V6/GT hood with the conversion.

Also, I've seen a GT500 pic with its hood raised and the front of it didn't look any different from a GT/V6.

I am 100% positive that the gt and gt500 hoods are different. Why do you think you never see anyone with a 2010+ gt500 with any other kind of hood?

Yeah roush grille is nice. Have you thought about the Saleen grille?

so to do this full conversion, you'd need the bumper/grilles, and hood.

meh too rich for my blood... everytime i see a 2013 GT I'm jealous... i love my car, but wanted that GT500 front end from day 1... now the 13' guys get it for free! lol
