Fog lamps don't come with it.. How does one go about acquiring & setting up fog lights in the openings of the GTCS front lower fascia

Mine came with the fogs. Like this one:

If your's didn't then you can order the fogs separately, but the OEM lights alone are pretty expensive.

I found these just doing a quick google search:

They are a heck of a lot cheaper than OEM lights. However, you would also need the pigtails to hook from your stock fogs to these. You could write them and ask if they sell those as well.

Just as an example, the fog light kit costs almost as much as the lower fascia and fog lights...not sure you want to go that route:
