Alright, piece of cake. First, taped off my area, then dremmeled and sanded the excess off. Emblem mounted right up. I am having second thoughts about using the emblem's 3M tape, and will probably pull it off, remove the tape, and hot-glue the plastics together. All in all, I love it.

Ok, so I removed the emblem, removed the 3M tape, and hot glued the emblem back on. MUCH BETTER. I am pretty sure the first car wash was going to remove the emblem with just the 3M. It is very secure now.
