Looks great! I see you have the Pioneer AVIC-X930BT or AVIC-X940BT. How did you wire the Illumination wire to display the night sky on the GPS?

I believe it's connected to the headlights (Best Buy did it) and its a 940 overall pretty happy, btw I was also concerned with how low the screen would be but it's not bad at all, I did look at the metro but scosche was my choice.

I've been reading about problems with these kits. Some reporting electrical issues and such. Anything happen so far for you? I really want to do this also. Looks great

The battery drain issue has been fixed, just make sure u update the firmware.

Question - Do you have SYNC system? I want to do something very similar to your set up but will not if it means losing my SYNC controls on my steering wheel.
