Yeah, AM knows their $hit and knows what fits and what doesn't. They may have sent you the SN95 wheels because they would probably stick out a bit. Don't even put them on your car just call them. From what I've seen on here they are pretty good at standing behind their stuff.

the gt500 wheel only fits the 05-14 mustangs

your stock wheel is 18x8.5 so yes an 18x9 is going to appear as it if it sticks out but more flush with the body lines.


Seeing a picture of the deviation you're discussing would help give us a better option to opine on the subject
