Is there anywhere that sells the oem 2013+ recaro seats for a good price? I'm looking to get a 2013 v6 pp eventually and want to add the Recaro seats somewhere down the line. I could order them through ford but there must be somewhere cheaper. How often are people changing their seats out? Maybe I could find a used pair on ebay. Aside from that, what are your thoughts?

The Ford Recaro seats are as expensive as they are because they have side impact airbags integrated into them. When you get them as a factory option, you are eliminating factory seats that also have the airbags, so you're essentially only paying for the seats. When you buy them separately, there's nothing mitigating the inclusion of those airbags.

If third party seats included side impact airbags, they'd be in the same price range as well.

$2800 after forum discount. But still... I'd look at Corbaeu or Sparco - considerably less money.

check the SVT forums. I see them go up for considerably less than retail every other week.

In the past couple of weeks I've seen a couple sets of them on other site's classifieds for (IIRC) around $1000-1300. One set was local and was like $800. That was tempting as hell.
