Yellow Fogs

I've been running Hella Optilux Extreme Yellow (XY) which are 2500K in all of my vehicles for the past decade. I've been in some miserable nightime conditions with fog, rain, snow and the contrast they provide allows you to see the edges of the road and lanes. I wouldn't own a car without a set of 2500K fog lights.
One year I replaced my OE (~3800K) headlights in one of my SUV's with 5000K bulbs and couldn't see squat in dark bad weather unless I turned on the fogs. The OE headlights were much better in bad weather than those 5000K bulbs but still, the 2500K bulbs are 10X better than the OE lamps.
