CAV TOUGH

I have a '12 GT in Sterling Gray (UJ). Ford says that only 568 '12s were produced in that color. Looking around at various aftermarket websites Sterling Gray isn't even an option when choosing '12 prepainted parts.

I'm just curious as to why so few were produced and whether it was a hold over from the '11 models or if Ford brought it back later in production of the '12s.

It was brought back at the end of the year, I believe that both Lava Red and Kona Blue were dropped since some of the Pigment for the paint came from the earthquake zone in Japan.
