Has anyone tried to paint the skirts from a 10-12 mustang, ive seen the 2013 and up have them painted an not black That makes the car look wider with the. Black panels the car seems smaller or narrower

If you have can you please post pictures, i was thinking of doing this but i wanted to see how it might look first

probably be cheaper to see if Ford sells the 13+ pre painted and buy those. Cause a body shop will have to do alot of prep on those texture skirts to get it smooth to paint it

I think there have been some guys on the forum that have painted them, check the white Mustang thread maybe.

A body shop can do it for you pretty easily, you will have a bit of texture in the final product due to the way the trim is made but the pics I saw came out really nice.

The rocker molding on the 13+ would probably fit but the bumper trim is different I think.

I wish a company like AM offered these already painted...I'd totally buy them.

Well painting them isnt the problem, i have someone who can paint them cheap

I like the black. Helps break up the color a bit.

I painted mine - I think it helps the car, especially if you have rocker stripes.

Yes it helps the car alot because it makes it look lower!
